Meet Susan Kostas
Today, as a licensed real estate professional in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I help buyers and sellers throughout Providence, Barrington, Bristol, East Providence, Warren, Rhode Island, and Seekonk, Massachusetts. Whether you are buying your first home, preparing to sell, relocating to the area, or making your next real estate move, my goal is to provide knowledgeable guidance, strong communication, and personalized service from beginning to closing.
Before entering real estate, I built a successful career in hospitality sales, corporate marketing, and philanthropy. That experience, combined with decades of community involvement and relationship building, has given me skills that I use every day on behalf of my real estate clients. I am a passionate client advocate, an experienced negotiator, and proud to be associated with the Sotheby’s name and its longstanding reputation for exceptional real estate service.

Having called Rhode Island home for more than 30 years, I bring both professional real estate experience and valuable local knowledge to my clients. From Providence and East Providence to the East Bay communities of Barrington, Bristol, and Warren, as well as nearby Seekonk, Massachusetts, I enjoy helping clients understand their options and make confident real estate decisions.
I live in Rhode Island’s East Bay with my husband and our rascal of a Tibetan Terrier, Archie. Our twins have recently launched their own careers. When I am not working with clients, you will often find us traveling, dining our way across New England, cheering on Boston sports teams, or enjoying Rhode Island’s beautiful coastline and beaches.
Giving back is also important to me. I am proud to support organizations including Crossroads Rhode Island, the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, Meals on Wheels of Rhode Island, and Children’s Friend.
