Susan has been a godsend. I met her at a car dealer where we were getting our cars fixed. I told her about my issues and that we were going to have to sell our house as is due to mold and issues beyond our ability to pay. She reached out to me and talked about my concerns. She offered to be my realtor and we met at the house a week later to discuss options. At that meeting she said she might have someone interested. A few days later we got an offer that was better than we feared it would be and she coordinated, with her husband Jude, the sale. She also referred me to a wonderful guy who arranged to move our remaining belonging. Susan is extremely caring and has knowledge and resources to tackle all aspects of the sale. Sue was a friend before she was our realtor, and when we decided we wanted to relocate within town we didn’t hesitate to call her.
